By ordering from CloudStackLinks or using our platform (the “Service”), you agree to these terms.
CloudStackLinks places contextual links to your specified URLs inside content on third-party cloud platforms and independent editorial sites, and offers a self-serve platform to run the same. Each order or campaign is delivered with a report listing the live placements.
We guarantee live, reported placements on the platforms in your package or campaign. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, indexation timelines, or any specific SEO outcome — no honest provider can, because those depend on factors outside any single link campaign. Any placement that does not go live is rebuilt or replaced at no charge (see the Refund & Rebuild Policy).
You confirm you are authorised to build links to the URLs you submit, and that those URLs are lawful. We do not accept targets involving illegal goods or services, malware or phishing, hateful or violent content, or the impersonation of others. We may decline or refund any order at our discretion.
Credits are prepaid and priced per product. Credits spent on a campaign that we fulfil are non-refundable. Unused credit balances do not expire and may be refunded per the Refund Policy. Credits and prices are for your account and may not be resold except as part of your own link-building services to your clients.
Placements are hosted on independent third-party infrastructure. Platform names shown on our site identify that infrastructure and are trademarks of their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order or campaign giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
We keep data collection minimal and never sell your data.
To fulfil your orders and campaigns, deliver reports, send order/account notifications, prevent abuse, and operate and improve the Service.
We do not sell personal data. We share only with the processors needed to run the Service — for example Stripe (payments), our email provider (notifications), and the cloud/hosting platforms where placements are published. Published placements are, by nature, public.
We keep order and campaign records for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected].
The marketing site uses no tracking cookies. The app sets a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. That's it.
Every placement is verified live at delivery. If a placement in your report later drops, tell us and we will rebuild or replace it at no charge.
