Which should I choose — done-for-you or the platform?
If you want links for your own site now and then, done-for-you is simplest: flat price, no account, we build and report. If you build links regularly or resell to clients, the platform is far cheaper per link and gives you dashboards, white-label reports, clients and an API. Same placements either way.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your balance until you use them, and you can top up any time. Every feature is available at any balance.
Are there subscriptions or seat fees?
No. Done-for-you is one-off per stack, and platform credits are pay-as-you-go. There are no monthly fees, no per-seat charges, and no feature gating.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Done-for-you orders confirm scope first, then check out; platform credit packs are bought in-app.
What's your refund policy?
If a placement doesn't go live we rebuild or replace it. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; credits already spent on a fulfilled campaign are non-refundable. Full detail on our Refund & Rebuild Policy.
Can I resell at my own price?
Yes. You buy credits at wholesale and set whatever you charge clients — the margin is yours. White-label reports and a custom domain mean clients never see CloudStackLinks.
